Fish And Aquatics question by Cat: Weird Fish–>what was it? cant even find it on google…?
I saw this weird fish-like creature at alamo aquatics a few wks ago. it was labeled “dogfish” on the tank, but when i google it… its definitely not some shark.
It looked like a cross between an
eel/lizard/fish
had lil tentacle things on its head
tiny eyes, one greyish-blue solid body.
the tail was like an eel,
the body looked smooth, and it swam around a lot. even pressed its little hands
on the glass. it was amazing.
they also kept a small plastic cup in the tank,
seemed like these creatures like to wrap around in them or something..
any idea what it is??

It was also fully submerged in water. not like it could get out and lay on anything.

It was, most likely, a dogfish.
